Route availability, pricing, carrier selection, documentation, packaging, pickup, customs requirements, shipment timing and cargo acceptance are confirmed case by case in writing.

Certain goods may require additional review or may not be accepted, including dangerous goods, liquids, fragrances, cosmetics, food-related products, batteries, high-value goods, vehicles and other regulated or restricted cargo.

Transport, handling, customs, delivery and other services may involve third-party carriers, agents or operational partners.

Any transportation terms, liability limits and service conditions applicable to an accepted shipment will be provided or confirmed separately as part of the shipment arrangement.
